1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how TIKI PUNCH APPLICATIONS LIMITED, publishing on Google Play as Tiki Punch Studio ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares information when you use the mobile application Map Drive - Radar, Speedometer (the "App"). This policy applies only to the App. By installing or using the App you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is a driving assistant that provides GPS navigation and maps, speed camera and radar alerts, traffic information, a speedometer, a head-up display (HUD) mode and a compass.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Location data

The core features of the App (navigation, route planning, speedometer, speed camera / radar alerts, traffic alerts, HUD and compass) require access to your device's precise location (GPS). With your permission, the App uses your location to:

• show your position on the map and calculate routes to your destination;
• calculate your current speed and compare it with the speed limit;
• warn you about speed cameras, red-light cameras and radars near your route;
• show traffic information and nearby points of interest (e.g. gas stations, restaurants).

Location access is requested through the standard Android permission dialog and can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings. If you deny location access, the navigation, speed and alert features will not work. Approximate location may also be processed by our advertising and analytics partners as described below.

2.2 Information you provide

The App does not require you to create an account. If you contact us (for example by email), we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your email address and the content of your message, and use it only to respond to you.

2.3 Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, mobile carrier and network type;
• Identifiers: advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), app instance ID and IP address;
• App activity: features used, screens viewed, interactions with ads, session length and in-app events;
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data.

2.4 Payments

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2.5 Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, files, messages or call logs, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. How We Use Information

• to provide the App's navigation, speedometer, radar alert, traffic, HUD and compass features;
• to maintain, test, analyse and improve the App and fix crashes;
• to display advertising, including personalised advertising where you have consented / not opted out;
• to respond to your support requests;
• to prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the App's features), your consent (location permission, personalised ads where required) and our legitimate interests (analytics, security and improving the App).

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, under their own privacy policies:

We share device identifiers, approximate location, app activity and diagnostic data with these providers only for the purposes listed above. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Advertising

The App contains ads. Our advertising partners may use your advertising ID and approximate location to show ads and measure their performance. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads on Android via Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device). Users in the EEA/UK are asked for consent for personalised ads where required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

Location used for navigation and speed calculation is processed on your device in real time for the App's features. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law; analytics and advertising data is retained according to the providers' policies. Data is encrypted in transit, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can:

• turn off location access in your device settings;
• opt out of personalised ads as described in Section 5;
• request access to or deletion of your data by emailing monetization@tikiapplications.com with the subject "Map Drive – Privacy Request".

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Cyprus: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection). California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for money, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Driving Safety

Always follow traffic laws and keep your attention on the road. Speed camera, radar and speed limit information may be incomplete or out of date and is provided for informational purposes only.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
